Fantastic experience, don’t be put off by the short wait at the door , well worth it and moves quickly . The pinsa was delicious , hot and fresh, it’s a fast paced environment but the pinsa / pizza is well worth it. One of the best meals I had during my trip to Rome. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20

A Pinsitaly Trevi treballem amb ingredients locals i receptes tradicionals per oferir una pinsa romana autèntica. Hi, this is Mrs My Friend (from Budapest, Hungary), and here is the review that I promised to write. Based on true story. We just got back from Rome last week, and honestly we’re already dreaming about going back. And this spot is a huge reason why! If you’re anywhere near the city center, you HAVE to check out Pinsitaly Trevi. It’s right in the heart of downtown, tiny as can be, and yes, you might have to wait a bit. But trust me, it’s one of those “worth every second” situations. We actually went there every single evening and okay, sometimes even for lunch too. No shame. We already knew we wouldn’t be disappointed: we visited Rome two years ago as well, but this time we showed up with a bigger group, and every single one of us left full, happy, and grinning like we’d just won the lottery (or at least found the best food served in Rome). Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and the prices are surprisingly fair for such a central spot. The staff? Super friendly, quick, attentive, and genuinely funny, which just makes the whole experience even better. Special shoutout to FABRIZIO for taking such great care of us (and thanks for the beers, too)! Long story short: 10/10, no notes. We’d go back in a heartbeat, and it’s already guaranteed that on our next trip to Rome, this place will be at the top of our list again.
