The best that Ragusa (and Ibla) has to offer. Typical dishes revisited by Marco's creativity and incredible skill. Among the various gems on the menu, the seafood dishes are unmissable. A curated, well-selected wine list reflects an innkeeper who knows what he's doing. Also great for the choice of sound (Zucchero and Battiato a go go).
