Decided last min (and 15 mins b4 they closed) wat we wanted to eat and stopped here. This was my 1st time here and my bff's 2nd. Now I love Italian food more then life but can't do the red sauces anymore due to stomach issues so I always get Alfredo whenever possible. After we had ordered they realized they didnt have anymore Alfredo sauce for our order. We were gonna just have them give us the main coarse proteins and noodles plain since we already paid, on top of them getting ready to close, we didnt wanna be a pain in the butt customer. But to our surprise the head cook said he was just gonna whip up sum fresh sauce got us & that it'll only b a few extra mins. I was in awe tbh. We decided they definitely earn a 5 star above and beyond rating and an extra $15 tip for caring enough to spend the extra time to take care of last min customers even wen it was closing time. I am a cook myself of 25+ yrs and have very rarely witnessed or heard of people doing this kind of thing. It's very few and far between an act of kindness of such. I commend any cook or restraunt owner/manager that do such humanitarian acts for others wen more often then not these days most would've just said "oh well not my problem" & either refunded or rainchecked it without a 2nd thot. I without a shadow of a doubt will b a returning customer & recommend this small, but amazing, cheap, & wonderful eatery to anybody that want sum great homemade Italian food served up with the best hospitality u have had in a long time if not ever. This is a to go place only which is exemplified in the fact it's in an old time gas station. It's very well priced especially these days and you get a good amount of food for what you pay. Also the free salad you get with an entree is tasty. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
