Food at Outback Jacks
In accordance with the guests' opinions, the wagyu steak is bad. It's a pity, the service is horrible as most guests note. This restaurant gained a below average rating from Google users.

I believe this location is closed now. The service was fine and friendly, we got the lunch special so because of this is was worth it however if we had paid the full price I think we would have been disappointed the food was fine for a casual lunch meal.

Horrible Food and Overpriced for size of meals !. The food was just awful .
Beef in the salad looked and tasted like it was microwaved !
Kids spaghetti Bolognese looked like soup , obviously microwaved as well ?
Nuggets over cooked from fryer ......... i mean really ? how hard is it to deep fry something ?
Steak was tasteless and dry .
Not to mention there was only 3 families in there at the time !
Need to get real Chefs who know what there doing and that actually care about what people want !
Also , if you want to charge what your charging for food , it has to at least be a descent size and taste good !
Horrible !

Well I be buggered. Where do I start, this place was a joke, from the door that didn't close and customers had to get up and close themselves to the waiter who just wiped the tables an let the crumbs fall on the seats and floor. My wife ordered a filet mignon - I thought this was a steak wrapped in bacon and cooked, not a steak cooked with a rasher of half cooked bacon put on top, I ordered a wine, the waiter forget, then the same again - there were only a dozen ppl in the store, we ordered a desert menu - they forgot, when we did get a sticky date pudding it looked to be 2 slices of cake with sauce dribbled over it, along with icy Icecream and canned, yes canned whipped cream, and then to top it off my wife ordered a decaf coffee.....sorry we don't have that...what decaf.....no we don't serve coffee, well why the f..k is it on your desert menu?????? I was going to go to the Phoenix hotel but thought outback jacks sounded good, well I was wrong, have had way better service at the sports bar in the hotel than this useless joint, never again, this place is not deserved of restaurant status.
