Having seen Ikebukuro Life Safety Learning Center, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. Luckily you can try Italian cuisine. The positive aspect of Ovest is that the staff is creative. Terrific service is something guests like here. The cool atmosphere meets you at this place. Based on the visitors' feedback on Google, this spot deserved 4.1.

We had a 2024 Christmas family lunch here. I was a bit nervous about the place and the food. But my family and I enjoyed the food, service and ambience of Ovest restaurant. Beautiful view of the city, It wasn't overly expensive. The food was tasty, the service was fast and the staff was very friendly even though we didn't speak Japanese. Definitely worth the visit. I may even come back for a drink at night. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
