It is the greatest place near Ikebukuro Life Safety Learning Center. The key aspect of this bar is the Italian cuisine. Est is recommended for the nice staff. The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about. Expect the homey atmosphere at this place. Based on the users' feedback on Google, this spot deserved 4.3.

Menu is very limited with the dessert menu only having 3 options (2 of which being fruit). The meat is very pricy compared to local restaurants all of which with a superior quality. Limited Japanese dishes which is disappointing and the menu is most definitely not Italian themed with only 2 dishes containing pasta. The overall price of the course was too much but of course it is a hotel restaurant so there is premium for that but I would recommend the local area for much much cheaper and wider and more quality menu. The service is okay however, after finishing the meal we were left for a good 40minutes without the dishes being cleared and desert being asked for all the while the restaurant being relatively quiet. The atmosphere is good and the bar is a striking feature however I think they should consider a more sushi and wagyu based menu which would suit the overall design and take advantage of local talent.
