Service is fast and friendly. The veggies are fresh and cooked to perfection in the stir fry dishes. Panang and Massaman curry was creamy and had the perfect texture.

Do NOT eat here!! I've had a few friends tell me they've been overcharged & short changed on numerous occasions. Food is under cooked more times than not. I know for a fact the Health Dept shut them down due to rodent infestation in the storage area. Rodent feces and frazzled looking decor around the dining room screams this place is second rate... One friend told me she had her food tampered with more than once after she complained about an overcharge. The bar staff (aside from one or two bartenders) are usually rude. The wait staff seems clueless and unprofessional as they all seem to congregate near the bar looking very unprofessional in their street clothes joking and busy tending to their individual mobile devices while ignoring patrons. The only reason I think this place is still open is because of its location near the ballpark, otherwise they would have gone under a few years ago... If another Thai restaurant opened in the neighborhood and offered consistency in food and professionalism I think Ozone Thai would lose what little business they get when baseball is out of season... Avoid this place at all costs
