Went here a couple of weeks ago, 02/09 around 4 p.m. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dried out. We had been regulars before but stepped back, mainly due to service, like long waits in the drive thru from various issues, ranging from the credit card machines down to employees not being engaged. Also tried the Mac n cheese with Tillamook cheese but it lacks any sharpness, tastes like velveta shells & cheese and some of the pasta was tough/chewy. We will be stepping back again, as there’s better options. We understand occasional issues but it seems like there’s something wrong each time. Food quality at this price point is unforgivable. Price per person: $10–20

For some reason they advertise waffle fries but are serving regular fries. Always something strange like this going on when I visit this location. ALSO, see the photo of my 3 chicken tenders. One of them is not even as long as my pinky finger. How in the WORLD do they get away with charging $6.29 for this? Really a big rip-off, I understand why many of their locations are closing.
