I do want to like this place but each time I've been there I've felt let down. I was there on Monday and ordered Pancho's Nachos. It was a bit too heavy on the jalapeños and the chips were way too salty - which ruined it. I ordered a fountain drink coke and it was flat, and the serving size for a place that serves spicy foods to a gringo clientele was absolutely tiny. They need to get someone in there to review their preparation procedures.
