Terrible service. The staff was rude and didn't listen when taking our order—we had to repeat everything multiple times. Then they forgot our teriyaki sauce. We drove back through and politely asked for it, and the employee, Mia D., basically threw it into my wife's hand. The worst part is that this isn't the first time we've had a bad experience at this location. We've also received old food before. The other location on Coors has always provided much better service and food quality. This store is brand new, and I come here expecting a better experience, not a frustrating one every time. We spent a lot of money on our meal, so it's not unreasonable to expect quality food and respectful service. The Coors location sets a much higher standard. This store needs to do better. Love Panda Express—quality’s consistent. Service during peak hours could use work though. I’m a regular (DoorDash pickups + personal orders), and the drive-thru greet is pretty slow. Staff is friendly, but there’s often a gap between ‘hello’ and actually getting helped even a simple “I’ll be with you momentarily would help” Night rushes especially feel understaffed. Small fix on responsiveness would make a big difference Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Plate

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION lobby was closed because of staff shortage. 5/30/26 8:30 pm. waited extremely long in drive through. portion size was a lot smaller than other locations. I usually share with family and couldn't. chicken was cold and undercooked. noodles were cold. forgot straw and napkins. HAD TO THROW MY FOOD AWAY. was not going to wait another 20 to complain about food I paid for. I need to be given refund. I don't usually complain but this was bad guys.
