We went to the drive-thru they asked us to pull aside to wait for our order and we waited and we waited and the cars came behind us they got their orders finally she came out and saw what we had told us to park she rolled her eyes and went back in after asking about our food. I ordered the new spicy sweet and sour chicken which I love very very hot food but it was so hot I could not eat it spicy wise that is I was looking forward to having some spice to that sweet and sour but it was just unbearable but other than that the food was good and I think we were just overlooked Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2

Someone needs to tell Panda Express why people order through the app. It’s not to arrive twenty minutes after placing your order and then wait another 15 minutes in line to get your food. Their system needs a serious overhaul. They should call Chick-fil-A for help. This has happened the last 4 times we have ordered from this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
