There was this one Jeremy giving looks and attitude to customers even was handing food out rudely. And swing customer bags over counter. Other staff was super nice. Really wish I would of had a better experience here though Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered online, the food said it would be done by 8:58. I go in at 8:58, still not done which is okay. BUT I sat in there until 9:30, and had even asked about my food. My kids food sat open on the counter for over 15 minutes. We were apparently waiting on my food, they told me “we’re working on the chicken”. Few minutes later I watch them put it into the container. They were not working on it, I watched them scoop it right in front of me. The chicken was not being cooked, they just simply weren’t plating it for whatever reason. So my food could’ve been plated and given to me in a timely Manner but for whatever reason they simply just chose not to? Make it make sense. So then my kids got cold food, and we got our food way later than we were supposed to. During the 30 minutes of waiting I was sitting in there and NO ONE was doing anything. Standing around talking, on their phones. Doing anything other than preparing food. Absolute worst experience I’ve had in fast food ever. This location is trash. If this is how their customer service and work skills always are, not sure how this location even runs. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Best food ever! I eat panda express very often and order the same thing everytime, a bowl with orange chicken and chow mein. Pretty often at other locations I will end up with a terrible batch of food. Sometimes it is almost uneatable. However, I have gone to this location for the last several months, and it has yet to fail! Infact the food tastes amazing here. Whoever is cooking the food, please keep working at this panda express, because you are doing an amazing job!
