It has been awhile since I've been at the Panda Palace Buffet, i.e., since before the pandemic. The food seemed to taste better and the place seemed cleaner. I noticed a few of my favs no longer on the menu (e.g., pho, spare ribs, ...), but there was no shortage of other food (ha, ha). They filled the empty food trays right away and the waitresses were very attentive. I did notice that the prices have increased by 50% since I was last there, but so have prices everywhere else. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this place. P.S. The location is very convenient too. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The food was average at best but my problem was when I was handed my bill there was a service fee of 15 percent. My mother rode the bus with the others but my son and I drove to the restaurant. The waitress only picked up a couple of plates and never offered to refill our drinks or ever ask if we needed anything. She didn’t give any service much less good service but was charged $6.86 for service. I went to the counter and told them I didn’t want pay this and wanted to see the manager. I was told to pay this or they were calling the police. Remember I wasn’t refusing to pay the bill just an outrageous tip for not having good service. I was also told because we were with a group we had to pay it. If you look like the bill you will see that there only 3 guests at our table. We were not sitting with a group. I would not recommend going to this restaurant because they can charge you for anything and if you don’t pay it or ask to see the manager then you are threatened by calling the police on you.

Full price for a 4 year old when the sign says when you walk in 7.99 for a child. What is their definition of child? Never again
