This location is horrible! I went there this morning around 9:45 and it was pretty quiet with only one person if that, in the dining area. All I ordered was a bagel, sliced, not toasted with cream cheese and a cold caramel latte. I pretty much had to wait for the girl at the register to finish reading something on her phone. Then she went ahead and grabbed the bagel, sliced it and bagged it with the cream cheese herself because the girl that was supposed to prep or expo the order was busy with her phone. I went ahead and put the cream cheese on my bagel while waiting for my latte. I figured “why not do that while I’m waiting since I have to drive. I eventually walked over to the other side where they put the ToGo orders or dining in order NOTHING. Then I noticed that it was because now both females were walking around typing something in their phones. Eventually I was back up front to give up and get my money back for the caramel latte because I had to go. When the girl that rang up my order and gave me my bagel finally noticed, she went ahead and finally took the time to make the iced latte and hand it to me! What I eventually received was a regular iced coffee with cream and whipped cream on top with no caramel involved! I would never go here again!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and I received a cup full of liquid. It had 2-3 small pieces of chicken and about 3-4 broken noodle pieces, not a full size noodle or even a half size piece. This seems utterly upsetting when Panera Bread's bowl of soup is like $8!! I'm also sick and I was relying on these two bowls of soup as food for the next day or so as I have a limited appetite. I called the store to tell the manager my item was incorrect, and it mostly seemed like he didnt believe what I said. He offered to mail me a pick two coupon, which is fine and did 'fix/solve' the problem. This manager must have had his ears in another place because he just simply wasn't fully listening to what I had to say, or my address. :) Told him I live at blah blah blah blah way, zebulon, and he said blah blah blah ROAD, Raleigh? Unsure how he got his Z's and R's confused, but I'll bet it's how my chicken noodle soup bowl came with 96% broth, 2% chicken and 2% noodles! 0/10 - Would not recommend this panera location! This is just a personal preference, but I hate the way that most coffee shops and coffee shops with food have taken the route of cold and impersonal interiors. I love Panera's food, but the seats are hard as rocks and it's a very cold atmosphere, and so many windows that it's just not a very personal feeling place, but that's fine. I meet some friends there once a month and we enjoy it, but it's the same way at almost all of the newer coffee shops and cafes. It's just cold and impersonal and way too many windows. I would think that would affect their heating bills in the winter and they're cooling bills in the summer. Anyway, just my opinion. The food is yummy Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
