Had a dine in meal that took over 20 minutes to receive. The food was bland and overall cold. The corn soup was decent. But the French bread side was tough and did not taste fresh. Dining room was dirty which makes no sense considering there were 2 Panera managers sitting on their computers ignoring the issue. I witnessed someone have to ask a manager to wipe down the table. I was hoping for a change with the new ownership. They put up new paint but still the same lack luster food quality and service. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's a Monday night at 7:45 p.m.. My wife and I walked into this Panera Bread, and waited quite a while to order. Very few patrons and no one ahead of us. I walked over to the food pick up area and asked the shift manager Dakota, if we could place an order? He said yes as he was engaged in a conversation with a non customer friend of his. We continued to wait as four other workers saw us but still no order. Finally, I had to walk back into the kitchen area to ask if we could place an order. One worker came and proceeded to scold me saying it was a "safety issue" for me to walk back into the kitchen area and then asked us what we would like to order. In the middle of placing our order, I decided we would not eat at this Panera Bread. We instead gave our business to Chick-fil-A. Moral of this review, clearly the staff was not concerned with delivering the Panera Bread customer service experience that their advertising promised. Plenty of other restaurants choices to spend our hard earned dollar at. Service: Dine in
