Pizza is the world's most beloved fast food

After visiting Chiesa dei Santi Celso e Giuliano, you can look over the menu at this restaurant. Italian cuisine is to the pleasure of all clients here. You can have good spaghetti carbonara, salads and calamari at Panico. From the visitors' viewpoint, tiramisu is tasty here. It's time to degustate delicious beer or good Spritz. Guests don't highly appreciate coffee at this place.

This spot is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' point of view, the real drawback is affordable prices. People appreciate the exotic atmosphere at this restaurant, they want to come here again and again. But Panico hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

Definitely a tourist trap. The food was okay, but the menu was confusing and the actual prices were not clearly stated. The whole experience felt dishonest and was made even worse by the terrible service. Our waiter became visibly annoyed simply because we wanted to order our food and drinks at the same time. We were in a hurry and wanted to place the entire order at once, which should not have been a problem. At the end of the meal, I had to ask for the bill three times. Eventually, the waiter told me to get up, go to the cashier, and pay there myself. When I finally paid, the cashier asked me for a tip. I gave him €10, and instead of saying thank you, he reacted angrily and said, “Just that?” That level of entitlement and disrespect was unbelievable. What disturbed us even more was what my entire family and I witnessed afterward. An elderly man was trying to clarify an issue with his change—he was apparently 50 cents short—and the cashier treated him terribly. The situation became so aggressive that it looked like it could almost turn physical. Regardless of a 50-cent misunderstanding, there is absolutely no excuse for treating an elderly customer with such hostility and disrespect. Another waiter even challenged the man by saying something along the lines of, “What should I do to you if the cameras show that you owe me?” The complete lack of professionalism, patience, and basic human decency was shocking. Good businesses deserve to be supported, and businesses that treat customers this way deserve to be held accountable. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Poor service is one thing; aggressive, disrespectful treatment of customers is another. I certainly will not return, and I hope management takes these complaints seriously before this behavior damages the business beyond repair.

Panico Pizzeria is wonderful! The service was excellent and our server Ruseca was lovely. The food was delicious and served hot within 15 minutes of ordering. Happily go back! Service: 5

Simply stay away from here... we so regret it, it totally broke our feeling about Rome and Italian Food.
A lot of Restaurants use also frozen food, it is what it is; but at least they cook the food to make it look like it is fresh.
Horrible experience, unfortunately we didn't looked at the internet reviews before seating, because they don't lie.
The waiter is rude, the other woman serves the dishes while she is chewing food... disgusting.
1 star because I can't give 0.
