I was sent away from a well-known Roman restaurant in the Tiburtina area, after having already sat down, because I couldn't order à la carte but was forced to take the fixed menu. Being alone on a business trip to Rome, just wanting a first course, after a quick search I discovered Pasta! Friendly staff, fast service and very good carbonara. Wide choice of traditional Roman starters and first courses with homemade pasta. I will go back every time I'm in Rome, in spite of those who prefer to send a customer away despite the place being almost completely empty. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
