Saw the food stored in the back. Moldy and slimy vegetables, out dated meats. Dirty prep area. Observed two cockroaches near the food storage area. Employees seemed to be enjoying watching videos, also witnessed manager screaming and yelling at employees and carrying on about getting things cleaned up before health inspection. I wouldn't feel safe eating that food. You're better off going to the grocery store and getting a frozen pizza. There are actually a lot more selections for better quality pizza at the grocery store. I did hear the workers say that the management was undergoing changes so maybe things will improve. However, the area manager who was in charge was wearing shorts, sweating, eating and had her hair hanging down in her face and was extremely loud and obnoxious. Totally unprofessional.

Gabriel did a fantastic job today, worth mentioning here. I walked in to order a pizza at 5:30, right when it was getting busy with dinner orders, so I knew I’d have to wait a bit. The man who ordered just before me had zero patience and not before long he was making a point to complain. Gabriel handled it very professionally, and continued to help instruct a newer employee on the processes (folding double crust sounds difficult). So shout out to Gabriel for keeping it cool with an insistent customer. And for sure my cowboy pizza was amazing when I got home to enjoy it. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Disappointed with the service today. The staff member was unwilling to help with a simple split-payment request, claiming it wasn't possible despite me doing it here in the past. To make matters worse, I had to remind him to give me part of my order before I left. Whether it’s a lack of training or just low effort, it wasn't the level of service I expected. Despite the lack of effort and poor training, I still left a tip because I value the staff and understand that we all have bad days. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
