Superb staff, very helpful and such a great range of bikes! Including second hand and a variety of e-bikes. The Wobbly Wheel cafe is superb too. Great breakfast, coffee and cakes.

Really love my electric bike. Great service from the team, particularly Chris and Pete who were very knowledgeable and patient and made sure I got the right bike for me. I'm very grateful for their professionalism and advice which has made the experience of changing to electric much less daunting than I expected.

I bought a bike from Partridge Cycles that was a store model (slight wear and dirt)After the purchase, I found a different bike elsewhere that better suited my needs at a much lower price, so I went back to request a refund on the same day (within a hour) The refund process itself was frustrating. I was repeatedly told that only the business owner could authorise a refund and that he wouldn’t be back for two days. During this time, the staff were not very helpful and kept refusing my request, which was disappointing from a customer service point of view. That said, I want to give a huge amount of credit to Henry, one of the staff members. He made the effort to contact the owner himself and, when he couldn’t get hold of him, he went ahead and processed the refund anyway as he could see how distressed it was making — even though it could have caused him issues. I genuinely appreciate him stepping up and helping when others wouldn’t. Henry was excellent, but the refund policy and how it’s handled definitely need improvement.
