First let me say that you're going to line up, like a long line. My wife had seen it on Instagram so right there I had my reservations but after a week of lineups for everything I had submitted. The food itself is simple yet elegant. With only 6 dishes to choose from Pastasciutta pumps them out at an alarming rate. Portions are huge so don't be afraid to share. If you're in the Vatican entry-area, it's a must go!
