We had just left the Vatican museum, was very hungry, we walked past this restaurante, and the gentleman was so hispotiable trying to get us to stay and eat. I wanted to check out another restaurante across the corner.....we went there and looked and the menu and no one even greeted us....we went back to this place due to the guys hospitality and it just looked so authentic.....I am SO glad we did.....the spaghetti and meatballs were so fantastic, his service was some of the best I've ever had at a dining establishment....he had blondish,curly hair....his shirt had the name 'carbonaro 10' on the back I think....he even brought out 2 small flutes of Lemoncellos in the house. .....the wine was great and the atmosphere super romantic. My wife and I ate and talked for a few hours. Cannot recommend this eatery enough. So fresh and authentic
