I would like to bring it to the owners attention what an embarrassment the old man working the counter during weekday lunch brings to the business. This old man is rude, hateful, condescending... He always acts like doing HIS JOB THAT HE SIGNED UP FOR is such an inconvenience, like he is just miserable. I never understood people who act like that!! Why work a job you obviously hate. If you provide shitty customer service why work somewhere where you are the "first impression"???? Today was my 4th interaction with this employee and I will definitely make sure it is my last. Per usual he was agitated. I called in a to go order (cheeseburger special with a large drink). He was confirming what the SMALL drink needed to be. I let him know I ordered and paid for a large drink and I would like Dr. Pepper with extra ice, he started huffing and smarted off that the extra ice wasn't necessary because it was a different type of ice available today. I let him know that was fine and I still wanted extra ice please. When done filling my drink (sloppily at that-liquid running down the sides of the cup) he plopped it on the counter in front of me. I then asked if I could please have a handful of ketchup. He didn't speak a word, instead grunted and gave me a rude look then grabbed the ketchup and literally threw it on the counter in front of me (YES! Check those cameras!) Before even completing my entire "transaction" at the counter he rudely told the gentleman behind me to get to the counter to order. Upon leaving I see multiple people there in line whom are coworkers, and patients of mine. Sadly, these people expressed the SAME RUDE SERVICE was provided to them today. The first time this old man was rude to me I let it go thinking maybe he was having a bad day. The second time it happened to me I complained right then and there to one of the ladies that has been there for years. She apologized, but stated that just "how he is sometimes". The third time it happened was really busy so I just brushed it off as if he was overwhelmed. Today, he was NOT super busy and there was NO EXCUSE for the way he acted to me. There was NO EXCUSE for the way he acted towards anyone while I was there and shortly after I left. Food: 4 Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

If you haven't tried one of Patrick Burgers in Springdale Arkansas you're missing out on the best tasting burger you can wrap your lips around. We stopped there today for lunch and had the mushroom Swiss burger and fries , oh my folks your taste buds will thank you for this tasty burger . Patrick's Burgers put all their competitors to shame , we will definitely be back . They also give Veterans discount be sure to ask for it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
