Maybe I have just been very unlucky, but I have had problems with the drive-thru 4 out of the last 4 times I've gotten food from this location. My orders are always really simple, I haven't asked for any crazy variations of the menu ... but the burgers have been wrong, or an apple pie was missing (even though I was charged for it), or fries were missing from one of the combos. Maybe they are understaffed or overworked, but dang it really sucks to get home and realize there were mistakes. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Stopped here when I got into town on a road trip from Iowa!! My first time at a Whataburger and it was a good choice! Delicious food and amazing service in a very clean restaurant. Definitely going to make it a regular stop!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fantastic customer service. This is now my go to fast food place! Great food but even better service. They made a slight error on the order but then they made it right. Had to call and I was afraid I was going to get a call center but got the store and their customer service is exceptional! Way to set the standard.
