We had the most appalling service from one of the waiting staff in the pub today. She was incredibly rude and unwelcoming right from the start when we were trying to find a table and sign in under covid rules. Then poor service throughout the afternoon. Terrible experience today

Just wanted to say how impressed we were with the staff last night. We felt very safe in their hands as following Covid 19 precautions properly, unlike other pubs we’ve been to recently. Thank you
