At 12 noon on a Monday there were no mini dogs available. A 10 minute wait all while I sat In the drive through for 5 minutes prior. This Philly Pretzel location needs to improve. Have your daily specials available for customers. This is not the first time I was told I had to wait for an item. The bigger frustration is don’t run Monday specials if you have no intention of honoring them. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They must have been having a bad day Went and got 2 pretzels and they where all torn up and broken apart I should have said something about it but oh well I won’t be back here again Food: 1 Service: 1

Thank you to the staff and manager who took the order I placed incorrectly (wrong date) and made fresh pretzels on the spot in under 10 mins. Greatly appreciated!!!
