I had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced after waiting in the drive thru for more than 10mins. I ordered the chicken sliders, but the employee mistakenly tried to give me a fajita instead. When I pointed out the mistake, he started shouting at me, argued with me, and wont give me the order I had actually requested. Instead of correcting the error, he made the situation unnecessarily confrontational. Do recommend their frozen yogurt. a small note for this branch is sometimes the police will close the drive thru in peak times so be aware 10/10! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very disappointing experience today at PICK. I ordered a frozen yogurt and stood right in front of the pickup counter waiting for my order. Several customers who ordered the same thing after me received their orders before I did. When I asked the employee about it, he claimed they had already called my order which is simply not true, as I was standing right there the entire time. What’s the point of having order numbers on receipts if they’re not going to be called properly like any organized, respectable place? Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff argued with me and then served my order with a clear attitude. This kind of service reflects a noticeable decline in their standards.
