Imagine that I drink my hot latte with mixed milk (mixing skim milk with full fat milk) and they refused to do it. So means I need to drink according to their choice not to mine . Very disappointing experience today at PICK. I ordered a frozen yogurt and stood right in front of the pickup counter waiting for my order. Several customers who ordered the same thing after me received their orders before I did. When I asked the employee about it, he claimed they had already called my order which is simply not true, as I was standing right there the entire time. What’s the point of having order numbers on receipts if they’re not going to be called properly like any organized, respectable place? Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff argued with me and then served my order with a clear attitude. This kind of service reflects a noticeable decline in their standards.
