I ordered for a child a ham and cheese toastie with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. The plate came with a nicely presented ham & cheese toastie, crisps and fresh mixed salad with a balsamic & olive oil drizzle. It was delicious! I was surprised by this hidden gem! How much this quaint little place could have so many beautiful and delicious looking desserts with very kind and hospitable servers. I would highly recommend this place for light lunches or tea time treats, such as sandwiches, hot & cold beverages, cakes, cookies, flapjacks, etc. Can't wait to try their amazing gastro desserts!! Super tasty salads but recently the quantities have been reduced to the point it no longer justifies the cost. Shame because so much better than your average sandwich but not if they leave you hungry!
