Nice views and good food but the waitstaff asks tourists to pay extra tip on top of service charge. He adamantly told me that the included service charge is kept by the restaurant, but later on I read online that it is paid to the service team. Our waiter was Milton (pictured) and he asked for it in cash, presumably to avoid sharing with his colleagues. Please watch out for this! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
