Food is great. But waiting 20 minutes for takeout at 11:20 - pre lunch rush is too much. Not efficient for business lunches. Could have sat in. Restaurant for the money spent and received service. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The pizza at Pineapple Hall is absolutely amazing, but what really made the experience stand out was the service from Evison. He’s professional, friendly, and communicates so well with customers. His great taste in music added to the atmosphere, and overall he makes the visit unforgettable. Pineapple Hall is lucky to have him — he truly deserves recognition, even a raise.
