So last month I ordered a Hawaiian pizza delivery. It wasn't very good. I called and spoke to manager who was apologetic and gave me a credit for it. This month I called again for pick up, ordered 2 pizzas, a combination and a chicken Alfredo. Got a chance to visit , see the atmosphere and view beer selection. Pizza was ready, took it home and let me tell you, they absolutely outdid themselves...both pizzas were exceptionally outstanding, delicious, well made. I was very impressed. This absolutely WILL be my choice for pizzas from now on. Even with the elevated price, still worth the taste! I'm new in Ridgecrest, glad my first local pizza experience was Pizza Factory. Thanks guys for honoring the credit and making it all way beyond satisfactory. Yummy Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
