I’ve been a regular customer at the Gillingham branch, buying pizza there about twice a week, and the quality and service have always been excellent. Today, on my way out, I decided to try the Strood branch instead—and the price difference is honestly ridiculous. The same pizza and drink combo that costs £5 at Gillingham Pizza GoGo was charged at £9 in Strood and without drink. That’s not just a small variation, it feels like a completely unfair pricing gap for the exact same product. They really need to justify this kind of inconsistency or revise their pricing. At the very least, customers should be getting consistent value across branches, along with maintaining the same level of service. Hi, thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal customer of our Gillingham branch. We’re really pleased to hear you’ve consistently enjoyed the quality and service there. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the pricing and offer differences at our Strood branch. Promotions and pricing can vary between locations due to individual branch offers and operating costs, but we understand your concerns about consistency and value. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and your feedback will be shared with the relevant team for review. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
