I called the Pizza Hut in Angleton to place an order, and the employee who answered, Paula, had a rude tone from the start. I was trying to ask about ordering a buffalo sandwich, but the way she responded made me feel like I was bothering her. I tried asking about ordering something else instead, and the tone did not improve. At that point, I asked for her name, ended the call, and decided to order from Domino’s instead. I understand people can have busy or stressful shifts, but customer service still matters, especially when someone is simply trying to place an order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We always order Pizza Hut to go on a busy night that I don’t have time to cook. We have a large family so ordering to go food can sometimes be overwhelming but not here! The food is always amazing, ready when they say it will be, and the customer service is outstanding! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Pepperoni Pizza, Cinnamon Roll, Boneless Wings
