I don't know if they're short handed. Yet my order has something missing or wrong 95% of the time. The employees also are so short with you. The manager always seems annoyed when you ask for something or point out something is wrong. I'm sure she's stressed. I feel for her, but it's not my fault that the little details are being ignored.
