We ordered a mushroom pizza here and found hair in the filling, which in itself was unpleasant. I called the hotline, where, without any apology, they told me to wait for the manager’s call within 3 or 5 minutes. In the end, no one called back. I can’t even decide what’s more unpleasant – the discovery itself or the complete ignoring of the appeal. I definitely don't intend to pay for this again.
