Got the Meatball Parm Hero. 3 star cuz it was good but could be better for $15. So, Picked up our order (2 meatball parm hero's) and thought Dang, these seem large, got home and surprise..... it's a 9inch hero in a 13inch container. Needed to be bigger and more cheese.

The food is good, I’ve got no problem there but the prices are getting out of hand. I understand that’s everywhere but I just cant pay $18.28 for a chicken cutlet sandwich. I mean peppers and eggs, which should be one of the cheapest things to make is $15.33. Now these are UberEats prices (it is cheaper at the restaurant by about $3) but still to pay about $15 for a chicken parm sub or $13 for peppers and eggs is still too much. A side of meatballs is $8.99 (!) so we didn’t get them this time. Maybe I’m just being a tightwad but I have to be. Prices are going up but my pay stays the same. Also keep in mind I’m posting this after ordering, so we’re still customers, just not as often or as much as we’d like to be. I can only imagine it’s a tough time being a restaurant owner. It’s never easy but nowadays is wild. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We haven’t raised our prices in over a year, despite the fact that the cost of nearly every product we purchase has increased significantly. If you’re looking to save money, I’d recommend ordering directly through the store rather than using a third-party delivery service, where prices are higher. You also paid nearly $20 in delivery and service fees, which wasn’t mentioned in your review. If businesses were able to leave reviews about the constant increases in food and supply costs we deal with, we’d be here all day writing them.

My mom and I came here for lunch for the first time ever today. The place was packed but we were put on a wait list and I think we waited 15 minutes at most (or at least it felt that little). We ordered the 18-XL cheese pizza to share (huge, we had to take some home). We paid around $20 for the 18-XL and 2 fountain sodas, and the value absolutely shocked us (in the best way possible). It was authentic and delicious NY pizza. We are a family of NY Italians (I'm the only Floridan in the fam) and my Mom and I LOVED it. Food, value and service all exceeded expectations. We are making this our new favorite pizza hang out. We defiantly will be back and we cant wait to bring more of our family here to eat. Extra shout out to the staff. I cant remember our waitress's name but she was an absolute doll. And the young lady running the front of house (hostess and front register) was super kind and on the ball. The entire staff was happy and polite. It meant a lot to us as first time customers to see a crowded restaurant with happy employees and patrons. Thank you so much, and see you again soon!
