So glad I ordered here instead of Panda Express. After dancing around this place online I finally got myself an order of orange chicken and an order of orange beef. My food was packaged nicely with condiments and fortune cookies. I thought my orders were A la Carte but was very happy to find two big scoops of rice with each order. Price per portion is awesome and this food was flavorful and tender without being greasy! Will definitely giving other items on the menu a try soon. Thank you Price per person: $20–30

Poch's Rice Cafe has turned into, if it wasn't already, a trash pit. Windows haven't been cleaned since the picture was taken. Spider webs on the excuse for furniture. The Chinese decor looks like it was from a dumpster. Then, this is another order at the counter style of place to take good money from you for very little in return. The food wasn't terrible, if I make through the night without symptoms of food poisoning. I hate it when I don't follow my own rules: if the entry door glass is dirty don't go in, and if it's an order from the counter run away as fast as you can. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
