Once upon a time, when Ponta-san was running a ramen shop, I had a part-time job at a butcher's shop next door, carrying chicken bones. After that, the previous owner started a food stall, and now his son has taken over the business, and the delicious Ponta Ramen is still alive and well. Near this stall there is a long-established ramen shop called ``Ipponyari,'' and on Marutamachi-dori, there is a legendary 10-tsubo ramen shop called ``Captain.'' The proprietress is the captain of Boar Shiramen in Shuzan. It works. Is it your younger brother? Ponta is one of the legendary ramen shops that a relative of mine currently runs near Saga Junior High School. For me, Ponta's ramen with fried chicken and the ramen with plenty of garlic are the taste of my youth. This is the street ramen that you want to keep forever. A long time ago, there was a ramen shop in Yamakoshi called ``Momokaharu'', and the owner of this shop opened a stall called ``Shinshintei'' (in front of Kyoto Gakuen (Kyoto Commercial High School)) in the parking lot of Eigamura. There was a time when he and Ponta established the second generation ramen stall (now Atago Saikan) at JR Yagi Station. Before the neighboring JR Hanazono Station was rebuilt, there was a food stall called ``Hanazono'' in front of the station, and later stores opened at Kitashirakawa and Hanazono Station. At Hanazono Station, ``Ramen Oyaji'' still remains, and in the past there was also ``Ramen Taro Hanazono Branch'', and Marutamachi Dori was a ramen road. Yatai Ramen is an important store that has a very elegant atmosphere and tickles the hearts of adults, so I hope that it will continue to do its best.
