I ordered 2 family meals ( 8 strips and fries) for lunch for my boys and friend. When I got the drive thru they had me pull up and wait for the order. That I didn't mind I figured it would be like 2 min or so since I placed the order a head. Nope close to 15 min later they finally brought my food. The gentlemen said it was just sitting there and they thought it had been brought out. The food was cold, I didn't get my 2 large fries so I paid for an incomplete meal. I tried to call but the phone disconnect twice with no one in the end. It was a joke. I'll probably just head to KFC or HM in the future. They can at least give me the food I paid for Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We waited 20 minutes for our food. We observed an employee taking out the trash and not washing their hands before returning to work. We also observed another employee drop something on the floor and put it into our bag. The macaroni and cheese was a solidified clump. I have been to other locations across the country and never had service this bad.

Order #83 on 6-16-26. Our work group ordered online for pickup. Order was wrong and food was terrible. 6 piece boneless garlic parmesian wings seasoned with nothing but black pepper, fries cold, red beans and rice cold and runny. Classic chicken sandwich was spicy. No sauces included with order. I understand we ordered later in the evening but this was the WORST Popeyes experience. Would not recommend the Kearney Street store. Drive the extra distance and thank me later. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Gary, I’m really sorry about Order #83. A wrong order, cold sides (fries, plus the red beans and rice), and wings that were basically just black pepper aren’t what you should expect—especially with sauces missing.
