Nice enough food i was expecting better to be honest but the service was not the best from our server not very attentive we would of ordered more drinks and food but never got asked when the girl came over after 10 minutes of us both being finished we asked for the bill and went elsewhere will we normally leave a tip but the service charge on the bill was enough. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: £20–30

The atmosphere was quite lovely. The waitstaff were very friendly and helpful, including the bartender who had the chef mark out anything on the menu I couldn't eat due to food sensitivities. We had the olives and bread with olive oil to start, six dinner dishes, and 3 desserts plus drinks. Everything was expertly prepared with wonderful flavor profiles. Tip: Though extremely tasty, do not order the prawns unless you're prepared to get your fingers very oily while removing the carapace; it is worth it. I highly recommend Porta Tapas Bar, when you go to Chester. Be sure to take a friend or two, do you can try many dishes! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £40–50 Recommended dishes: Tortilla, Croquettes, Bread & Olive Oil, Meatballs Dietary restrictions: They worked around my food restrictions.
