We went around 1:00 and were able to enjoy a quiet lunch. Good food and it's run by a non-profit organization Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sandwich, Biscuits and Gravy

We went back to try Poverty Bay Cafe after it was closed for a long time and then re-opened. I wanted to see if it had improved under new management. Sadly, it hasn't. I got a hamburger and my wife got a reuben. My burger was awful! The meat was dry and tasteless, the bun had been toasted until it was hard, and it was so full of tomato slices and onion slices that it was too tall to fit in my mouth. When we ordered, the cashier asked what sides we wanted, but didn't tell us they cost extra. Before leaving, my wife bought a muffin, which she said was stale and tasteless. I hope the new management will work harder to make this a better place to eat.
