On my way back to the hotel after work in the evening hours on a Thursday night, I noticed Pranzo Pizza & Pasta on my way to the seaport area on water street. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, the owner greeted me with a welcoming "hello" and had asked if I had any questions on the menu. Since it was my first time inside Pranzo Pizza & Pasta It took me a few minutes to know what I wanted to get for dinner. Pranzo Pizza & Pasta offers a wide range of options from their menu such pasta, sub sandwiches, pizza by the slice, and much more! After reviewing their menu, I had decided to order the following 1 Slice of their Cheese NY Style pizza Chicken Parmesan sandwich The meal wasn't too expensive, less than $20.00 for both items. Their restaurant has plenty of table seating available if you wanted to eat inside. I instead decided to take my order to-go, back to the hotel. The food was pre-cooked at the restaurant and the team bagged each item separately. The pizza slice was delicious! It had a ton of cheese and the sauce was quite flavorful. The dough was cooked perfectly and the bottom of the slice wasn't burnt. The Chicken Parmesan sandwich was good. It would have been better though at the restaurant as the cheese had cooled a little bit on the walk back to the hotel. The bread used for the sub was really good! The inside was soft, and the outside had a slight crunch to it. The chicken was tender and scrumptious! The food is delicious at Pranzo Pizza & Pasta. Next time, I'll have to try their calzones! They looked so yummy!
