It was supposed to be a wonderful surprise Birthday dinner for my daughter's mother-in-law. The evening progressed nicely, until it came time for the bill. Instead of seperate bills (which we were led to believe would happen) my daughter who organized the event, was given one extremely large bill. Two hours later she was trying to settle the bill. The guest were faced with over inflated bills, leaving everyone in shock and completely disappointed with this restaurant! In the past, my daughter and her husband had experienced excellent food and service. As we were leaving, we were told the restaurant had a new owner and she had been sitting at the bar next to the cashier and did absolutely nothing to help solve the situation! I will never recommend Preservation Kitchen to anyone!
