The tables are dirty, and not one member of staff has even been to have a look at the state of the place, let alone clean the tables so that I can place my coffee and a snack that came to almost £7 onto a clean table. Disgraceful. Why has it been made acceptable for customers to have to serve and clean tables before and after we use them. Sort it out, Pret. Employ enough people so that there is enough staff to serve and keep the cafe in order.

How to start great in the morning! Wow London! 6:30am I order a yogurt w/berries at a *Pret a Manger*, when I go to pay they say it is on the house as it should have been ready! I waited less than 1min! THANKS! HAPPY KARMA!!
