What a regret I have signing up to the coffee subscription service, I will be cancelling right away. I understand that they may be busier than usual but inside the the coffee shop was an unorganised mess, the staff were clearly stressed out and a bit blunt and to the point but that was probably because they were busy and crammed all in one spot near the tills. And when it came to collecting your drink there was just someone shouting out things like ‘latte’ and ‘hot chocolate’ into a sea of people who had obviously no clue who’s was whose and it was was a massive free for all. Meatball wrap was alright though, coffee was awful because didn’t even get a chance to ask for syrup, so I’m now gonna go to Starbucks. Pret A Manger you obviously need to learn to pret a manage yourself better.
