This was my 2nd time going. The 1st time the food was great, but the 2nd time it was not good at all. I got the Lazy Kat both times. The 1st time it came with chopped veggies and a rich thick cream sauce over a catfish. The 2nd time I got bowl of seasoned milk with only spinach and a smaller piece of catfish. I’m sorry , but this “ restaurant” is an absolute joke. The ambiance was a total DIY project. Let me explain, the kitchen was open to the seating area where guests were totally crammed, seated right next to each other. To supposedly separate the kitchen from the seating area were 4 ikea bookcases placed on top of a kitchen countertop!!! ( yes you read that correctly) As the people in the kitchen were cooking and frying all the smoke was coming into the seating areas which is barely 2 feet away from this open kitchen. It felt like we were eating at a food truck. We had an event to go to after this dinner at Prey , I don't know about you , but I wasn’t going to show up smelling like fried fish at my next stop. So my husband and I decided to leave before we smelled like everyone’s dinner. Just a terrible experience. We will never ever go back again to this “ restaurant “ to say the least. Atmosphere: 1
