When Harry and I travel to Bucharest with groups from the Netherlands, Primus is our place to be for diner, talks and drinks. We rent apartments in this neighborhood and in the evenings we can't wait to go to Primus, check in with the group, share experiences, listen to music, go through the program for the next day, and have the best food in town. We often take musicians in our groups, and sometimes they are allowed to play some songs for the people of Primus and guests. These evenings are just magical nights in which we share friendship with the people of Bucharest and the staff of this wonderful pub/restaurant. We take comfort out of the fact that Primus is always the place to be when we arrive in this wonderful city. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
