On March 18, 2026, at 9:24 PM, I filled up my vehicle at the gas station located at Rowlett and 66. My truck subsequently stalled, and police officers had to move me off the road because I was obstructing traffic. I contacted my trusted mechanic, explained the situation, and he suggested that the gasoline might have been contaminated with water. I lost workdays because I was left without a vehicle. On Sunday, the mechanic came to my home; he had to drop the fuel tank because the fuel pump had burned out, and when he removed the filter to inspect it, he confirmed that the gas indeed contained water. I filed a report and submitted evidence and receipts; however, they are now refusing to accept liability on the grounds that my mechanic is unlicensed and that the repairs were not performed at a dealership. This is unjust—particularly regarding the mechanic's fees and the wages I lost. I spent $1,700 due to the water-contaminated fuel I purchased at this location. I hope they agree to resolve this matter, as it would not be in their best interest for their chain of gas stations to make the news for selling contaminated fuel and refusing to compensate for the resulting damages.

Quiktrip is normally 5 stars down the line but this location is always out of rollers and hot food. Been there probably a dozen instances at different times of the day on different days and they're always empty. Always. It's clean but missing one of the key features of quiktrip: hot food.
