Our last dinner of four days in Almaty and our first (and only) real disappointment. This is not good ramen - both Shoy and Miso, mostly because the broths are not well made. In my opinion, this is the best Japanese restaurant in Almaty. Always delicious bisque, gyoza, rolls, ramen, desserts. I have not lived in Almaty for 3 years, having visited Ramen77 the other day, I was once again pleasantly surprised by the rich, bright taste of the dishes. Thank you, and keep it up!
