Hola. Lamento decir esto OTRO AÑO y más opiniones de esta clase . Te invito a que te pongas en el lugar de administrar un negocio, cocineros , meseros … en este tipo de eventos masivos es imposible ser atendido de manera inmediata , aún así contamos con un sistema organizado que garantiza que tu pedido llegue completo a tu mesa Claro el mesero tiene el reglamento de informar a cada mesa el tiempo estimado de espera , ya queda en el comensal esperar o retirarse. Te invito a que nos visites nuevamente y que sea de lo más agradable tu visita . Gracias por tu “opinión”

I am surprised by the number of negative reviews on this place. A lot of people said that services as not good, and there weren't enough servers. See, this is a family run restaurant, run by a father, mother and the daughter, in a traditional way, so don't expect a fast food joint service. Come here with patience, and get a feel of how a old time restaurant would be. If there is any delay, tell them, they are such nice people, they will do their best to serve you. I had a dinner today with them at 22.00. It was late, but they served me well, made an amazing hot chocolate and even modified a dish because I am vegetarian and it was tasty. They had a curious long conversation with me when they learned I am from India. They were telling me about a local drink called canelazo and even offered me the fruit used in making that. Such an amazing family. And since it was very late, the father even came down with me, and walked me all the way to my hotel just in case it is unsafe for me to walk. Now I get all the negative talk about service, etc. But I think the place is clean, it is cosy, and most importantly, the people of the place make a place worth going. So next time you plan to go there, try to have a conversation with them, tell them if you liked something, and tell them if you didn't like anything. But above all, respect the humans who are there. After all, it is not all business. I have added the pic of me and the family, and my food, which was so good! Hola, gracias por tu opinión, es agradable compartir culturas y una grata conversación con los turistas nacionales y extranjeros que nos visitan . Tenemos ya varios años en esto , sin embargo seguimos aprendiendo de los errores para mejorar nuestro servicio y gastronomía .Espero que regreses pronto ! Quito y La Ronda te esperan!
