Best ramen I’ve had in Europe, hands down. Two steaming bowls by the window, watching the rain on the street outside, and every spoonful lived up to the view. The broth was rich and deep, the noodles had the right chew, and the toppings (soft egg, bok choy, pickled ginger, scallions, sesame) were fresh and balanced. Nothing felt like an afterthought. The window seat at RĀMEN RIGA is the perfect spot. Cozy inside, great view of the street, and the kind of meal that makes you slow down and enjoy it. If you’re in Rīga and want real ramen, this is the place. 10/10, will be back! Price per person: €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
